Are your trips private?
Yes. Every trip is privately arranged for your party or partner group. We do not place guests into fixed public departures.
Can you work with overseas travel agencies?
Yes. We provide itinerary design, local operation, cultural resources and white-label support for agencies and travel designers.
Which languages can you support?
Planning is available in English, with French, German, Spanish and Russian website information. On-trip language support is matched to the destination and confirmed during planning.
How far ahead should we enquire?
For private leisure travel, three to six months is comfortable. Schools, delegations and larger groups should ideally begin six to twelve months ahead.
Can you accommodate dietary or accessibility needs?
Yes. Tell us early and we will design practical choices, confirm limitations honestly and avoid assumptions.
Do you arrange visas and international flights?
We provide practical travel information and supporting itinerary documents where appropriate. Visa decisions remain with the relevant authorities; international flights are usually booked by the traveller or overseas partner.
Is shopping included?
Only when it is genuinely relevant to your interests, such as visiting a craft studio or market. There are no compulsory shopping stops.
How does pricing work?
After an initial conversation, we prepare a route concept and estimated range. A detailed quotation follows once dates, service level and group size are clear.
